1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Answrable AI platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable telecom regulations.

2. Permitted Use & Call Compliance

You agree to use Answrable strictly for lawful business communication. You must comply with local telemarketing laws, Do Not Call (DNC) registries, and caller consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Answrable subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan tier and usage volume. You can cancel or change your plan anytime. Minute usage caps are enforced according to your tier limits.

4. Service Availability & Support

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our voice gateway infrastructure. Dedicated account support and custom SLAs are provided under Enterprise tier agreements.
