When you use Answrable, we collect account details (name, email, business details), usage statistics, call logs, and call audio/transcripts processed through your workflows.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to execute your configured AI voice calls, generate transcripts, deliver call analytics, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
Your call transcripts and customer records are protected with industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Zero-retention data options are available for enterprise tier accounts.
4. Your Rights & Data Control
You maintain full control over your customer records and call transcripts. You can delete workflows, export call data, or request complete account erasure at any time directly from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@answrable.com.
